Zumba involves a unique cardio toning element developed by incorporating choreographed dance routines to music with fast and slow rhythms with toning resistance strength moves such as squats, lunges and controlled abdominal drills to a variety of music including hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, Bollywood and belly dance. Choreography is frequently updated and designed by the Instructor to fit the class. Moderate to advanced cardio intensity. This is a great workout for any experience level.
