Three types of yoga are available.

Our traditional yoga awakens your spirit and calms your mind by practicing a series of yoga poses that connect the breath to movement. Increase flexibility and build strength for all levels.

Yoga Flow combines breath to body connection with a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. This 60 minute class allows your to "flow" from one pose to the next while giving your body greater strength and conditioning, balance, flexibility, endurance, agility, and meditation. Set to upbeat and inspiring music, this class is designed for all fitness levels.

Restorative Yin Yoga is a hip opening class that focuses on your lower back and hip region. Helping to restore your Yin, this class also helps reduce P.M.S. and Menopause symptoms.

We offer Yoga Classes throughout the week, so check the schedule to find the classes that work best for you. Are you a beginner to Yoga or have a busy schedule?
