Redefine you shape with a wide variety of equipment, from rubber tubing to balance balls. Expect a different, but equally effective workout every class. This class works all your major muscle groups and is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Be advised that this class is a Full Body Workout! Muscle Conditioning classes that work your whole body requires rest and recovery time for your muscles. Depending on your soreness level and fitness level, you should rest 24-48 hours from weight training to allow your muscles to recover. In the meantime, you can either take a yoga class or cardio class like spin, step, or Zumba.... or jump on the treadmill or elliptical and do some stretching afterwards!
