Group fitness has always had a special place in Kristie's heart and when the opportunity to certify as a Body Pump instructor came around, she jumped at the chance to make a dream come true. Group fitness is a fun way to workout because you build strength through friendships formed, great music, and the energy of those who participate. Kristie and her husband, Todd, are the parents of 5 great kids! She also runs a daycare in her home and in her spare time enjoys the benefits of group fitness, teaching cardio, resistance training, and yoga.
