Jody has been teaching group fitness classes for 17 years and enjoys a very active lifestyle. Jody is NETA, PiYo and Body Step Certified. Over the many years of teaching, Jody has seen the fitness industry evolve – and enjoys learning the newest fitness trends and bringing those ideas into her classes. Jody teaches a variety of group fitness formats -- Step, Strength Conditioning, Spin, Boot Camp, Interval Training and PiYo. Jody has a B.A., Business Administration from American University of London.
