Jen Van Lishout
Jen is originally from North Dakota, but has lived in Phoenix for 7 years (that makes her a native right)? She played sports through her childhood, but in high school narrowed it down to soccer and volleyball. Jen started working out on her own 6 years ago and acquired a passion for group fitness. She is certified to teach BodyStep, BodyCombat, Muscle Conditioning, Basic Cardio, and Spin. She likes to teach in a way where she can connect with the women by offering a challenging and effective program that they could learn to do own there own. Jen lifts weights in the gym on a regular basis, but she also loves to hike and explore the desert. She will always keep group fitness in her life, whether she participates or teaches.
