Spinners of the World Unite
There is nothing more exhilarating than a post workout energy high! Personally, Spin class gives me more energy and helps me burn more calories than any other form of cardio I have ever experienced. Even better than that is the anger management and stress reducing components of Spin. I love playing some hardcore rock music or hip hop songs to help me release stress and frustrations!
For those of you who have never tried Spin class before, don't be scared. Everyone's first class is their worst class. We all have to "adapt" to the seat......and your legs feel like jelly no matter what your current fitness level is. PLUS, it's good to try different forms of exercise to challenge your body in a new way. So many ladies get stuck in a rut and plateau from doing the same ole same ole month after month, year after year. And many even injure themselves because they have become lazy with their form by doing the same ole routine.
We have several Spin classes throughout the week on the Luna Fitness Class Schedule. Our Spin instructors are the BEST! If you are ready to burn some major calories (800-1000 per 55 minute class), have an enjoyable workout, plus make some new friends, then I say join us in Spin class. Call to reserve your bike at 480-456-5767. FYI: if you want to try spin but are uncomfortable trying it with a group, hire me or one of our other instructors to do private spin sessions until you feel more comfortable on the bike. Plenty of our members have done this option, and they are now habitual spinners and part of our spin camaraderie! So I leave you all with a Shout Out: "Spinners of the World Unite"
