Spin
Come join the race to a great cardio workout! Spin is a high intensity cardiovascular indoor cycling class that leads you through hills, mountains, and terrains using training intervals. Burn 300-400 calories during a 30 minute class or up to 1000 calories in an hour. All fitness levels are welcome to attend. Must have water and towel for this class.
Currently we offer 7 spin classes a week. Some of our instructors are also available for private sessions. Some women feel more comfortable in 1 on 1 sessions or buddy sessions (2-3 women). For more details and pricing send an email to info@lunafitness.com or call 480-456-5767.
