A strength class that works all major muscle groups via a series of weight-bearing exercises primarily utilizing a barbell including squats, presses, lifts and curls while focusing on correct lifting technique and postural alignment. Using light to moderate weight, each muscle group is worked with high repetitions to achieve overload to gain muscular endurance lean body mass and build definition without bulk.
