May is National Osteoporosis Awareness Month!

It is never too early or too late to work on your bone density. In my opinion "The time is Now, and the place is HERE!" Girls from ages 11-15 years old are welcome with a parent, and any woman who wants help with Osteoporosis Prevention are welcome to attend this event. Join Dr. Yolanda, Dr. Jeanine, and myself Monday, May 23rd at 6 p.m. for our open discussion on how the help build strong bones, how to keep the bone density you have, and or try to improve it. We will discuss bone building FOODS and EXERCISES that need to be a part of your daily routine! We will also discuss additional bone support supplements such as calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, etc. What are YOUR needs? How often should you supplement? How many milligrams of each....what is the right dosage for you? And ladies, be advised that our individual supplement needs vary person to person and also throughout our own lifetime. So always consult with your doctor before you take ANY new supplement! Please feel free to bring the supplements you are currently taking to this event. Our professionals can help you learn how to read a vitamin/supplement label, and how to determine if your supplement is a good/pure source or a cheap synthetic source. Please call 480-456-5767 to reserve your spot. You might be surprised at what you will learn.
