February is Heart Health Month. Heart Disease is the number one killer of women. The Luna Fitness team of Professionals are coming together on Monday the 22nd of February at 6 p.m. to discuss different ways women can prevent heart disease in their lives. Spin-A-Thon

Saturday September 26th from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Luna Fitness of Tempe is teaming up with Team Chances to fund raise for Chances for Children AZ. Chances for Children AZ is a 501 c 3 non profit that focuses on preventing childhood obesity locally. The spin bikes can be "Rented" for $1 per minute in 15 minute segments for as long as you wish to ride.

TEMPE, ARIZONA: Mother’s Day is right around the corner and Luna Fitness, AZTV 7, Christopher’s Salon & Spa and B&B Florist are ready to treat one very special mother to the “Ultimate Year of Beauty.”

Mother’s Day was established to show our respect and appreciation for the wonderful woman all we call Mother. It’s important that we all appreciate and recognize one of the most difficult jobs there is, being a mother. To celebrate and acknowledge the ultimate mother Luna Fitness “Arizona’s Largest Women’s Fitness Center”, along with AZTV 7, Christopher’s Salon & Spa and B&B Florist, will award the contest winner with a year of pampering, rejuvenation, personal attention and enhanced health.
