A full body aerobic and anaerobic strength training class that choreographs weight bearing and resistance strength training exercises on tempo with music. The class focuses on higher repetition sets with lighter weights/resistance to gain muscle tone as opposed to bulk building, while creating an aerobic effect that allows participants to bum more calories than typically experienced in a traditional strength training class. Moderate to advanced strength and cardio intensity. This is a great workout for any experience level.
