A full body strength conditioning routine developed from the traditional Pilates Method taught by Joseph Pilates that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscle, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. The class is structured around an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Moderate to advanced strength intensity. This is a great workout for any experience level.
