Full Body Conditioning class including lower body conditioning, upper body conditioning, and cardio. Combines strength training and high-intensity cardio drills and plyometrics. This class moves from one exercise to another in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment that incorporate resistance, weight bearing, and cardio exercises in an easy to follow format to build strength, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity at varying intensities. Moderate to advanced strength and cardio intensity. This is a great workout for any experience level.
