YOU are the "Soul Creator" of your story
We are officially right in the thick of the holiday season. Many of you have found yourself submerged into year-end festivities with family and friends. As we prepare to enter 2009 it?s a great time to reflect, practice gratitude, and get clear on your intentions. You can think of it as starting a new chapter of your life. You, the author, decide how you want your story to play out, how your character will participate, and as who else you want to include. Take some time to reflect on last year. First, look at the parts of your story that weren?t so great. Even though what you see may be marked with difficulty or struggles it?s important that you?re thankful. These are lessons that brought your soul a gift of growth and evolution. What?s to be learned from those experiences? Most importantly, what needs to change so you can take on a more positive role? Is there a new way of thinking, understanding, or seeing the world around you? Next, look at the good parts. These are the parts of the book that bubble with excitement, love, joy, and abundance. Be thankful for those experiences and opportunities. Lastly, as you enter this new phase of your life set the intention to create more of what you want and let go of what you don?t. Nobody wants to keep reading the same story over and over again, but for some reason every year I see people falling back into their same ways and telling the same old story. It?s a time for change. My question to you is, what?s it going to take? Remember, YOU are the ?soul creator? of your story, and only YOU have the ability to make it a good one!
