Yoga Flow combines breath to body connection with a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. This 60 minute class allows you to “flow” from one pose to the next while giving your body greater strength and conditioning, balance, flexibility, endurance, agility, and meditation. Set to upbeat and inspiring music, this class is designed for all fitness levels.
