The winner of the crappy quote award - "I work out five days a week, eat a thousand calorie a day whole-food-organic diet, and all it does is slow down how fast I gain weight." - How many times have you heard something like that or worse - said it yourself? Obviously a woman who is fighting her hormones! At least obvious to me. Sometimes we do all that we can and do everything we are told to do by people around us, magazines, and commercials but still can't lose the weight. I have found frequently, that there are hidden food allergies and hidden hormonal influences that can cause a woman to hold on to weight.

A simple salivary hormone panel may hold the answers. So many times I have heard women complain of these issues. Oftentimes women as young as 20 may have these problems. Many times that can be easily managed via natural means or a prescription of bioidentical hormones compounded especially for each individual. Combine this with a series of sessions with your personal trainer to make sure you really are making the right food and exercise choices for your body type and health goals and make to most of your workout time and efforts!
