Is Weight Loss Permanent?
I get asked all the time "What weight loss program is permanent?" My answer is "The one you stay consistent with." Consistency is the Key! Most women are under the allusion that they can do a "get skinny quick" regiment of exercising, dieting, detoxing, body wraps, and or liposuction, and it will be a permanent result. But if you end up going back to your "Old Ways" you'll end up fat again! If you don't change your mind set and your life style, you won't create permanent or long lasting results. Not even gastric by pass surgery is permanent. You must focus on changing your daily habits to those of a healthy, fit, and lean person.
For some women this means adding more exercise into their daily routine. For others it's a need for a cleaner and healthier diet. Some women need assistance in motivation, reducing stress, and or emotional support. Whatever your needs are, focus on that and Stay Consistent!
