Group Fitness Classes
Luna Fitness offers more options for Real Women. Whether you are a beginner, an athlete, or somewhere in the middle, we have a class for you. All our instructors are certified and experienced in helping women have fun and exercise safely for great results. With over 50 classes offered each week, we have more variety than any other gym. We have 3 different types of Yoga classes along with flexibility and stretching classes. We offer Zumba everyday of the week and most days we offer 2 Zumba's classes. We offer muscle conditioning and toning classes such as Body Pump, Total Body Tone, Butts and Guts, Pump It Up, and Pilates.
