Boot Camp Extreme: Are You Tough Enough?
Hello, Ladies:
I hope you're having a great start of the week! I wanted to let you know that I will be offering "Boot Camp Extreme" sessions very soon!
Some of you might ask, "What are the benefits of a boot camp?" The benefits are many!
First of all, a boot camp format gives you a unique, yet fun, group atmosphere. You will be with the same women every week and will work hard together. The boot camp is tailored for beginners on up to advanced fitness enthusiasts. And each week you will have a different challenge before you!
Secondly, the boot camp is overseen and monitored by a personal trainer, who caters to each of you differently based on your fitness level and needs. In essence, you are sharing a personal trainer.
Thirdly, boot camps are excellent for those who want to get those stubborn pounds off, but have gotten into an exercise rut. Too much of the same exercise, and your body burns calories more efficiently, causing you to plateau in your weight loss and fitness efforts. Boot camps shock your body into action!
Lastly, with a boot camp you have accountability . . .with the trainer and your fellow participants. Need I say more?
