This original barbell class strengthens your entire body. The 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great motivating music and your choice of weight inspires you to strengthen, condition, shape, and tone your muscles while building endurance. Recommended for advanced beginners to intermediate/advanced fitness levels.

Body Pump is offered 5 days a week. Make sure you alternate days taking Full Body Muscle Conditioning classes like Body Pump. Your muscles need at least one day of REST from weight training. However, you can do cardio and stretching the day after. This will help keep you flexible, burn extra fat, and reduce stiffness.
