Today is a day of exceeding joy, thankfulness and relief, as we put behind us almost two years of defense against an opponent who tried to tell us that we could not exist as we have for most of the past decade, as Luna Fitness.  The Federal Trademark lawsuit that was brought against us by Clifbar, the makers of Luna bar, is now behind us.  After standing our ground, we are very pleased to announce that Luna Fitness will be proceeding forward with all of our plans, keeping our name, logo, and brand in tact.
