Coffee Drinkers Live Longer?!

Turns out two or three cups of coffee a day actually decreases the risk of dying from heart disease and stroke, together the two leading killers of women. Not only that, but four, five, or even six cups a day decreases that risk even further.

What the...? Here I was thinking coffee just raises your blood pressure, makes you jittery, and dehydrates you.

Undergoing in vitro fertilization? Easy on the coffee.

A new study found that drinking four or more cups of coffee a day decreases fertility by 25% for those women who are already having a tough go of getting pregnant. The study followed 9,000 women undergoing IVF, so you can safely bet that this news is reliable.

The first thing that comes to mind is frozen dinners. Not my first choice, but it is better than skipping a meal or snacking on a bunch of junk food. My only hold up with frozen dinners is the SALT and FAT content. Make sure you read your labels!!! The RDA for salt is to eat less than 1.5 grams per day (1500 mgs).
