One Size Fits All? by Dr. Jeanine Life Coaching and Hypnosis Worldwide

In Greek mythology, Procrustes the son on Poseidon, invited travelers to spend the night. “However, as soon as the travelers were in his house, Procrustes would tie them to an iron bed. If they were shorter than the bed, he would stretch them on a rack until they were as long as the bed. If the guests were taller than the bed, Procrustes would cut off their legs until they fit. These beleif systems are internalized and can manifest as reality. Avoiding self talk that produces images of a state of illness is a damaging practice. Staying Healthy on Vacation by Jeanine Austin, Ph.D, C.Ht. Life Coaching and Hypnosis Worlwide

Like many things, planning ahead to stay healthy on vacation is key to having a great time that you don’t need to recover from upon your return. If you can have a full conversation while you are exercising, then you are not doing it at the right intensity. You have to get your heart rate up and actually break a sweat for at least 20 to 30 minutes to consider yourself as doing cardio. The following are my recommendations....
